Full Body Contouring, Without Surgery
Silhouette Sculpting combines three treatments one clinic-led programme – designed for full-body reshaping without surgery, needles or downtime.
01. Fat Freezing
02. Lymphatic Drainage
03. Body Remodelage
The Creation of Silhouette Sculpting
Through our practice in body contouring, it became evident that local fat reduction alone is often insufficient for those seeking full-body reshaping. Proportion, surface adaptation, and skin texture play equally important roles in achieving a balanced silhouette.
To address this, Éclore Clinics sought multidisciplinary expertise in connective tissue health and physical conditioning to shape the foundation of the programme.
Further collaborated with elite bodywork specialist Alex Van De Bilt – to integrate his decades of experience in manual sculpting technique into the protocol.
Silhouette Sculpting was further refined with input from metabolic and nutrition specialists with Wageningen University background, ensuring every element in the programme supports the body’s reshaping capacity while respecting its natural pace of change.

Transparency & responsibility
We approach this programme as a collaboration with you. Results depend on our clinical expertise and on the daily habits and lifestyle choices that extend beyond the clinic.
The programme works with the body’s natural ability to respond and reshape itself gradually. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific outcomes – as we cannot promise what your body hasn’t agreed to yet.
Your progress is monitored from start to finish, with personal guidance and attentive follow-up at every stage of your programme journey.

Questions & Answers
Q_ How is Silhouette Sculpting different from individual treatments?
Each treatments is effective for specific concern or body area – the programme differs in how they are brought together.
Cryolipolysis, lymphatic therapy, and Manual Remodelage sessions aren’t scheduled independently; they’re coordinated into a clinician-led protocol following the body’s biological timeline, so each session supports the next toward one balanced full-body contour.
Q_ What body areas are included?
The full silhouette can be treated, chin to legs. Sessions included in your programme depend on proportion and goals – either broader reshaping for even results, or more focused contouring on specific areas like the abdomen, hips, or thighs.
Q_ How long does the programme take?
A minimum of four weeks to complete all phases, with sessions scheduled 3–4 times per week. Depending on the scope of your programme and how many sessions are planned, the timeline may extend.
The full schedule is always planned and shared with you for approval before the first session.
Q_ Can I pause or delay sessions once I start?
Every programme is built around timing, continuity, and planning by a team of experts. Frequent delays or rescheduling mid-programme can interrupt your progress and results.
Unexpected circumstances can indeed happen, and we will always assist where possible. Maintaining the agreed schedule is a mutual responsibility that protects both your results and the standard of care we deliver to every client.
Q_ What will I feel during the sessions?
During Cryolipolysis, you’ll feel a cold sensation, with slight tugging as the Clatuu cup uses vacuum pressure to hold the treated area and cool fat cells to -9°C. These feelings usually fade within a few minutes as the area becomes numb.
Manual Remodelage is hands-on, deep tissue work – closer to a sports massage than a relaxation treatment. You may feel moments of discomfort, particularly during your first few sessions, or in areas where the tissue is thicker and needs firmer pressure to respond. Sessions become noticeably more comfortable by the later stages of your programme.
Q_ Is there downtime or side effects?
No recovery or downtime required. you resume your day immediately after every visit. Cryolipolysis may cause temporary redness, swelling, or soreness similar to post-exercise fatigue, fading within days. Manual Remodelage and Cryolipolysis can occasionally cause light bruising on delicate skin or deeper fat layers.
Q_ What kind of lifestyle adjustments are expected?
Your therapist will provide personal guidance, but the programme generally requires consistent hydration, considered nutrition, regular movement, and avoiding habits that work against the body’s ability to respond and recover. The adjustments are not extreme, but they are expected to be followed throughout the programme and afterwards to sustain results.
Q_ When will I see results?
Early signs include tissue softness, a lighter feeling, and improved fluid movement – positive signs that the body is responding and fat metabolism has begun.
Fat reduction becomes visible mid programme and continues progressively. The final sculpting results appear in the closing weeks, accelerated during the Manual Remodelage phase.
Q_ What does the investment include?
The €3,800 investment covers the complete programme within the standard scope, including Cryolipolysis, Lymphatic Therapy, and Manual Remodelage phases, planned across the full silhouette. Extending scope (additional sessions per area) may increase the total. Your personal programme is quoted after assessment and shared for review.
Q_ Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Following consultation, your full programme proposal is shared alongside available payment options.
Q_ Is Silhouette Sculpting a substitute for liposuction/injections?
No. Silhouette Sculpting is not designed as a substitute for surgery or invasive methods. While aesthetic goals may overlap, our approach differs fundamentally in both nature and quality of outcomes.
Silhouette Sculpting is designed to deliver the kind of change that happens when the body is supported without immediacy or force – prioritising health, wellbeing, and balanced refinement.
Q_ What are the contraindications?
Suitability is assessed individually. Any medical conditions, medication, recent procedures or health concerns should be disclosed during the initial intake.
General contraindications include:
– Pregnancy or breastfeeding
– Recent surgery scar, open or infected wounds.
– Sensitivity to Cold Urticaria or Raynaud’s disease
