Non-Surgical Body Contouring with Cryolipolysis
Fat freezing with Clatuu Alpha 360° is a non-invasive body contouring treatment – designed to reduce fat permanently on body areas that resist diet and exercise, without surgery, needles, or downtime.
How Cryolipolysis Works
Fat freezing works by cooling fat cells to a precise temperature, causing them to crystallise and break down.
Over the following weeks, your body eliminates frozen fat through the lymphatic system, revealing a slimmer, more sculpted shape.
Once removed, the treated fat cells do not return, making Cryolipolysis a permanent solution for fat reduction.
The Clatuu Alpha 360° Advantage
Clatuu Alpha is designed to target fat cells while protecting your skin, nerves, and muscle. Its unique 360° cooling technology surrounds the fat volume from all angles, supporting effective reduction without interrupting daily life.

Kind words from our clients
Fat Freezing Areas
Cryolipolysis with Clatuu Alpha 360° is effective across all body areas where stubborn fat tends to accumulate.
Double Chin
A double chin can appear regardless of body shape. With Cryolipolysis, fat beneath the chin can be reduced to create a more defined jawline.
Arms
With Clatuu Alpha’s dual application, both arms can be treated in a single session, permanently eliminating unwanted fat.
Armpits
The small pocket of fat between the chest and arm – often noticeable in bras or sleeveless clothing – can be treated with Cryolipolysis for a contoured upper body.
Chest (for men)
Excess fat in the chest area can be difficult to reduce through diet or exercise alone. Cryolipolysis targets localised fat safely, helping restore a flatter chest contour.
Bra Lines
Fat that spills over or under the bra line is a commonly treated area for women. Cryolipolysis can reduce volume for a slimmer back silhouette.
Belly
The abdomen is the most frequently treated area with fat freezing. Whether upper, lower, or both, Cryolipolysis helps reduce stubborn belly fat for a flatter waistline.
Love Handles
Fat around the waist is often resistant to change for both men and women. Fat freezing can reduce the appearance of flanks to contour the waistline.
Hips
Excess fat around the hips may feel disproportionate. Cryolipolysis can reduce unwanted volume while preserving the natural figure.
Thighs
Thighs are the main area for deep-seated fat accumulation, particularly for women.
With Clatuu Alpha, the inner, outer, front, or back of the thighs can be treated to reduce volume and contour the upper legs.
Knees
Fat around the knees can affect the overall contour of the legs. Cryolipolysis can eliminate knee fat for a sculpted leg shape.
If you are considering multiple areas, begin with a private consultation to receive a personalised body contouring plan and tailored offer.

Questions & Answers
Q_ Is Cryolipolysis scientifically proven?
Fat freezing is a science-backed method for fat reduction.
Research from Harvard Medical School confirms that exposing fat cells to a precise -9°C temperature causes them to crystallise and break down, for the body to naturally eliminate them through its natural pathways.
Q_ I tried Cryolipolysis before but I didn't see a big difference.
While Cryolipolysis is effective for many, results can vary from person to person.
You may need multiple sessions for visible fat reduction, especially in areas with deep-seated or old fat cells.
Other factors could also be poor lymphatic drainage (responsible for disposing the treated fat), dehydration or slow metabolism.
Q_ How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions depends on the volume and thickness of fat in the treated area and your desired results. Some clients achieve their goals in one session, while others benefit from two or three for more complete contouring.
Q_ How do I prepare for my Cryolipolysis treatment?
To get the most from your fat freezing treatment, it is important to stay well-hydrated. Drink plenty of water in the days before and after your session to help your body eliminate fat cells.
Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine for at least three days prior to treatment to keep your body in optimal condition.
It’s also best to avoid anti-inflammatory painkillers (e.g., ibuprofen) before your appointment, as they can interfere with the natural inflammatory process that aids fat removal.
On the day of your session, eat a protein-based meal around two hours before arrival and wear loose-fitting clothes to stay comfortable during and after the session.
Q_ What will I feel during the Cryolipolysis treatment?
You will initially feel a cold sensation, along with slight tugging as the Clatuu cup uses vacuum pressure to hold the treated area and cool fat cells to -9°C. These feelings usually fade within a few minutes as the area becomes numb. You should then feel comfortable enough to relax, watch TV, read, or use your phone until the session ends.
Q_ Are there any side effects?
Cryolipolysis may cause temporary side effects. After the treatment, the area might feel tender or sore, similar to post-exercise discomfort, which typically fades within days. Other common side effects include swelling or bruising if the treated fat is thick.
Q_ Is there a recovery time?
Cryolipolysis does not require recovery or downtime. You can get dressed and continue your usual day immediately after the session.
Q_ Can I get sagging skin from fat freezing?
Fat freezing is designed to reduce fat gradually, giving your skin time to adapt to the change in volume.
Most clients do not experience sagging because the controlled cooling encourages collagen production, which helps maintain skin elasticity.
That said, sagging can be a risk in some cases (e.g., loss of elasticity in aged skin, or when a large amount of fat is removed). In such cases, we may include skin tightening with radio frequency as part of your recommended treatment plan.
Q_ What are the contraindications?
– Pregnancy or breastfeeding
– Recent surgery scar, open or infected wounds in the treatment area
– Sensitivity to Cold Urticaria or Raynaud’s disease
– Cryoglobulinemia
– Paroxysmal Cold Hemoglobinuria
– Electronic implants, pacemaker, or other medical devices.
– Hernia or nerve disorders in the treatment area
– Skin diseases like eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area
