Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To respect the time reserved exclusively for each client, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
– Treatment Cancellation Terms: Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 50% of the treatment value.
– Consultation Cancellation Terms: Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: €50.
