01.

REDUCTION

Fat Freezing
Cryolipolysis works by crystallising stubborn fat cells, for the body to clear them through natural pathways, resulting in permanent volume reduction.
02.

CLEARANCE

Lymphatic Therapy
Lymphatic therapy supports circulation and fluid movement, helping the body to clear treated fat and respond more efficiently during the programme.
03.

REFINEMENT

Manual Remodelling
Advanced manual technique – working directly with the tissue to support mobility, improve skin texture and cellulite, and contour the full silhouette.

The Creation of Silhouette Sculpting

Through our practice in body contouring, it became evident that local fat reduction alone is often insufficient for those seeking full-body reshaping. Proportion, surface adaptation, and skin texture play equally important roles in achieving a balanced silhouette.

To address this, Éclore Clinics sought multidisciplinary expertise in connective tissue health and physical conditioning to shape the foundation of the programme.

Further collaborated with elite bodywork specialist Alex Van De Bilt – to integrate his decades of experience in manual sculpting technique into the protocol.

Silhouette Sculpting was further refined with input from metabolic and nutrition specialists with Wageningen University background, ensuring every element supports the body’s reshaping capacity while respecting its natural pace of change.

Programme Information

Consultation

Private intake and assessment
Silhouette Sculpting begins with in-depth assessment of body composition, fat distribution and skin quality. Your goals, lifestyle, and physical readiness are reviewed to confirm suitability and plan your treatment sessions.

Suitability

Offered selectively
Silhouette Sculpting is offered selectively, with limited entries each month. Suitability is confirmed after consultation and individual assessment, protecting our planning standards and the programme quality.

Timeline

Minimum of 5 weeks
Silhouette Sculpting lasts a minimum of five weeks, with 3–4 sessions per week. Fat freezing, lymphatic therapy, and manual remodelling sessions are scheduled and shared with you for final approval before the programme begins.

Commitment

Consistency shapes the result
Silhouette Sculpting requires scheduling discipline and lifestyle adjustments so each phase can follow the correct order. Pausing or delaying sessions can interrupt the progress and the timeline your programme is built around.

Planning

Shaped by your proportion and goals
Silhouette Sculpting is planned individually around body proportion, main areas of concern, and personal goals – ensuring every session included supports balanced, full-body refinement and your desired results.

Investment

From €3.800 quoted individually
Programme investment begins at €3.800 and is quoted individually following consultation. A personal proposal is prepared for your review and approval before the programme begins.

Transparency & responsibility

We approach this programme as a collaboration with you. Results depend on our clinical expertise, as well as your daily habits and lifestyle choices that extend beyond the clinic.

The programme works with the body’s natural ability to response to change and reshape gradually. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific outcomes – as we cannot promise what your body hasn’t agreed to yet.

Your journey and progress are monitored from start to finish, with personal guidance and attentive follow-up at every stage of your journey.

The Philosophy Behind Our Method

Silhouette Sculpting is the longer way around – best suited for clients who value sustainable progress over shortcuts, and approach body refinement with intention and consistency.

Our commitment to safe, non-invasive aesthetics is reflected in the nature of this programme – every part is designed to deliver meaningful results that honour the body’s intelligence, rather than override it.

If that direction aligns with you, we invite you to begin.

Questions & Answers

Individual treatments can address a specific concern or body area. While each can be effective on its own, the programme differs in how they are brought together.

Cryolipolysis, lymphatic and manual sessions are not planned in random order, but coordinated into a clinical-led protocol, following the body’s biological timeline.

Each session supports the next – ensuring volume reduction and surface improvement are carried out in a structured sequence, to achieve a balanced full-body contour.

The full silhouette is treated, chin to legs.

The sessions included in your programme will depend on individual proportion and goals. You may require broader contouring to reduce volume evenly across the body, or benefit from focused refinement on specific areas (e.g., abdomen, hips, or thighs).

Sessions are scheduled based on availability, body readiness, and the structured timeline your programme requires.

Due to limited monthly entries, a waiting period may apply.

A minimum of five weeks to complete all phases, with sessions scheduled 3–4 times per week. Depending on the scope of your programme and how many sessions are planned, the timeline may extend.

The full schedule is always planned and approved before your first session.

Silhouette Sculpting is built around timing, continuity, and precise session planning. Delays can interrupt the progress and results the programme is designed around.

Because the programme involves multiple treatment sessions, planning by multiple therapists, and coordinating schedules, pausing or frequently rescheduling sessions is not suitable.

Unexpected circumstances can indeed happen, and we will always try to assist where possible. However, to protect the quality of the programme and ensure every client receives the same standard of care, maintaining the agreed schedule is your responsibility.

No recovery or downtime: You can get dressed and continue your usual day immediately after every session.

Side effects: Cryolipolysis sessions may cause temporary side effects; the area might feel tender or sore, similar to post-exercise discomfort, which typically fades within days.

Other common side effects: Swelling or light bruising if the treated fat is thick.

Your therapist will provide personal guidance, but the programme generally requires consistent hydration, considered nutrition, regular movement, and avoiding habits that work against the body’s ability to respond and recover.

The adjustments are not extreme, but they are expected to be followed throughout the programme and afterwards to sustain results.

Early results include tissue softness, a lighter feeling, and fluid movement – positive signs that the body is responding and fat metabolism is initiated.

Reduction of fat becomes visible mid programme and continues progressively throughout the weeks that follow.

The final sculpting results become visible during the last week of the programme, accelerated during the last four manual sessions.

The investment of €3,800 covers a complete Silhouette Sculpting programme within the standard scope, including Cryolipolysis, lymphatic therapy, and manual remodelling phases, planned across the body.

Some clients may require extending the programme (e.g., additional Cryolipolysis sessions per area, or additional lymphatic sessions), which may increase the total investment.

Your personal programme is quoted after assessment and shared for review.

Yes. The total Silhouette Sculpting investment can be arranged in instalments.

Following your consultation, a full programme proposal will be shared with available payment options.

Silhouette Sculpting is not designed as a substitute for invasive methods.

While aesthetic goals may overlap with invasive solutions (e.g., liposuction or Ozempic), our approach differs fundamentally in both nature and quality of outcomes.

Silhouette Sculpting is designed to deliver the kind of change that happens when the body is supported without immediacy or force – prioritising health, wellbeing, and balanced refinement.
