Start With a Trial Session

If you prefer to experience SplendorX before committing to a full plan, a trial session is available on a small area. This offers the opportunity to experience SplendorX treatments before deciding on your next steps.

FAQ's

Yes. SplendorX is well-suited for sensitive skin.

– The dual wavelength allows precise adjustment for different sensitivities.

– The integrated DCS™ cooling system delivers continuous cool air before, during, and after each pulse.

– The square-shaped beam ensures even coverage with no overlap or hot spots, reducing the risk of irritation.

For maximum comfort, cooling air is applied before treatment on sensitive skin, followed by TOSKANI cream or recovery gel to calm the skin after the session.

In any given area (face or body), hair follicles are not synchronised – they grow in different phases:

– Anagen (active growth) – Laser energy is only effective on follicles in this phase.

– Catagen (transition)

– Telogen (resting)

Since not all hairs are in the Anagen phase simultaneously, multiple sessions are required to permanently disable every follicle at the right growth phase.

Personalised laser hair removal plans may include savings of up to 30% during our introductory period.

Any savings applied are tailored to your selected areas and recommended plan, and will be clearly outlined in your proposal before you decide.

The first four sessions are usually scheduled every six weeks, followed by two or more sessions every eight weeks.

Maintenance treatments for hormonal conditions such as PCOS or after pregnancy may be required one to four times per year.

While treated follicles are permanently destroyed, PCOS can stimulate new follicles over time.

Regular maintenance sessions – typically one to four per year – help manage regrowth and maintain results.

Yes. Laser can safely target and prevent ingrown hair by targeting the responsible follicles.

No. We advise against using numbing creams before laser sessions.

While SplendorX treatments are virtually painless, it’s important to feel some sensation (brief snaps of warmth) during the process – this indicates effective follicle destruction. If nothing is felt, the area may be undertreated, leading to slower results.

Preparation and aftercare are essential for a safe experience and consistent results.

A full guide is provided with everything you need to know before and after every laser session.

Laser should never be applied directly over tattooed skin, as the energy can be attracted to the ink and can cause burns.

If treatment is performed near a tattoo, a safe margin is marked around it and left untreated. Please mention any tattoos before your appointment to allow for proper treatment time adjustment.
