General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, treatments and products provided by Éclore Clinics B.V., registered at Smakkelaarshoek 5, 3511EC Utrecht, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 94714959.
By requesting or scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product, or using any services, the client confirms agreement to the following terms:
1. Definitions
– Éclore Clinics: Éclore Clinics and personnel.
– Client: Any individual engaging with Éclore Clinics for consultation, treatment, product or services.
– Treatment: Any service offered by Éclore Clinics, including consultations and treatment sessions.
– Products: Any item sold within the clinic.
2. Clinic Responsibility
– Éclore Clinics applies strict client safety protocols across all treatments.
– Treatments are carried out by qualified, trained professionals using certified medical-grade technology.
– All clients are treated with discretion, respect, and professionalism in a calm, inclusive environment.
– Consultations are provided with care and attention, allowing space for informed decisions.
– While we uphold the highest standards, Éclore Clinics does not guarantee specific outcomes, and results vary per individual.
3. Client Responsibility
– Clients must be 18 years or older.
– Clients must disclose all relevant health information prior to treatment or product purchase.
– Éclore Clinics is not responsible for complications resulting from unreported health conditions or changes.
– Clients must follow all preparation and aftercare guidelines provided prior to treatment. Failure to do so releases Éclore Clinics from liability for any resulting effects.
– Upon completing a treatment, clients agree to the prices listed on Éclore Clinics official website, partner platforms, or individually quoted after consultation.
– Client payment is due immediately following the treatment.
– Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction or variable results.
3. Safety & Standards
– Éclore Clinics reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time if doing so is in the interest of safety or professional integrity.
5. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a minimum fee of 50% of the treatment value.
– Treatments may be cancelled by either Éclore Clinics or the client in case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, unreported health changes, equipment concerns, or failure to follow preparation guidelines. The party responsible for the cancellation may be held liable for the costs incurred.
6. Payment
– Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments or short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours).
– If Éclore Clinics cancels a treatment for internal reasons (e.g. equipment safety), no fee is charged.
– If a treatment is cancelled due to client-related reasons, applicable fees may apply.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
– Éclore Clinics complies with GDPR regulations.
– Client data is used exclusively for service delivery and is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Liability
– Éclore Clinics is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
– Any damage to clinic property caused by a client will be charged in full.
– Products sold are supplied by third-party brands. Éclore Clinics acts solely as a reseller and is not liable for side effects or damage caused by these products. Concerns should be directed to the manufacturer.
– Liability for treatment-related issues is limited to the amount covered by professional third-party insurance.
9. Complaints
– Clients may submit complaints to management@ecloreclinics.com.
– We aim to address all concerns within 7 working days.
10. Governing Law
– All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
– Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Amendments
– Éclore Clinics may update these Terms at any time.
– The latest version is always available on our website.
