Client Care Manager
Location: Remote – Full-time
Attentive to every stage of the client journey – from first enquiry to aftercare.
– Oversees consultations, appointments, and communication across clinic channels.
– Articulate, knowledgeable, and warm in both written and verbal interactions.
– Ensures seamless coordination between clients, therapists and operations.
– Dedicated to delivering a refined and effortless client experience.
CRM/Marketing Assistant
Location: Hybrid – Part-time
The organisational bridge between the clinic and its marketing and creative partners.
– Supports content creation and project management across teams.
– Manages CRM systems, booking channels, and website or social media updates.
– Highly organised, proactive, and aligned with Éclore’s aesthetic identity.
– Background in photography is a plus.
